A small friendly club with the main goal of providing somewhere fun, clean and safe for MMA enthusiasts to train.
The MMA Room offers training and competition options for fighters in K1 Kickboxing, No-Gi Submission Grappling and full MMA.
They provide a range of Mixed Martial Arts Classes separating out the standing elements and the groundwork element as well as open gym sessions and sparring training.
The MMA Room also hosts several other martial arts clubs, in which you can train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Aikido and Judo.
